These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services offered by the platform 345br, accessible at 345br.click. The 345br reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify a user's identity, particularly before processing withdrawals or when irregular activity is suspected.
The 345br follows identity verification procedures known as KYC (Know Your Customer), in line with industry best practices and applicable regulations in Brazil. Verification may be requested upon account creation, when submitting the first withdrawal request, or at any time the security team deems necessary.

Withdrawals are suspended while the verification process is pending. The 345br commits to completing the review within 48 hours of receiving all requested documents. Failure to provide documentation within 30 days may result in account closure.
The 345br accepts the following deposit methods, all in BRL: Pix, boleto bancário, credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Elo), PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian financial institutions.
The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00 per transaction. There is no fixed maximum per deposit, but transactions above certain thresholds may be subject to additional identity verification under anti-money laundering policies.
The 345br does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. All transactions are processed exclusively in BRL (R$). Deposit attempts in other currencies will be automatically declined.

The 345br reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time, with prior notice whenever possible. Bonus abuse — including, without limitation, arbitrage between promotions, use of multiple accounts, or bet manipulation to meet rollover requirements — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.
The 345br offers betting markets for football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sudamericana, and European leagues), volleyball, basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA, UFC, tennis, e-sports, and more. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation — odds may change between selection and confirmation, and the player will be notified before the bet is finalized.
The 345br does not accept bets that could constitute match manipulation. Any match-fixing suspicion reported by sports governing bodies may result in withdrawal suspension and investigation of the accounts involved, with possible referral to the relevant authorities.
